Went to be seen due to being off psychiatric medications and other ers and psychs would not see me due to not having insurance yet since i just moved here. Waited 3 hours to be seen so not to bad... then was told to get my medication from the pharmacy downstairs, waited in that line for 1.5 hours, finally got to the pharmacist and was told it would be another 2 hours till they were filled. Waited the 2 hours, get back in line for another 45 min, get to the pharmacist only to be told it would be about another 2 hours. This place does not care for people.

Jps Dr's don't care about your life. They didn't tell my mom she was told she has cancer until it had spead. Looked up her medical records and discovered she had cancer about three years ago. My mom has had all checkups and never did they ever tell her she had cancer. Then they also kept medical information that we have rights to know. Please be careful! You don't matter to them!

Very good hospital, professional staff. Very clean. Friendly staff always some r more helpful then others but they r all helpful.

I have take my sister to this office , we get there at 12:45 pm .the office was closed , my sister have the appointment at 1:00 pm ..we waiting until 1:45 .. when the receptionist show up she said the appointments today have been canceled .. they don’t recognize their mistake … Doctor wasn’t nice when she talk to us . They also lie to us about they have call my nice ( but they didn’t when I call my nice to check what going on! ) so said ..
