During the COVID their policy is only one parent plus the patient of course and I saw another couple go in with their child so i decided to do the same but they didn’t let me go in .. their is a lot of favoritism here at this hospital and an appointment that should have been no longer than an hour took 3 . This is ridiculous I will be changing pediatric clinics .

A check up that should have been no more than 15 mins took 3 hours, if they can't handle "too many" appointments then don't Overbrook people... Is as simple as that....

You would have to call the 817-702-1100 and ask if there is a doctor with that name there and what specialty he practices so they dont give you the wrong doctor
