Only thing anyone really needs to know is they have NO VET on staff and won’t have for at least a month. They called my wife and I today, we were trying to get our cat’s medical info to the new clinic, and the person ended the call before we could ask. Very unprofessional and rude. Our patronage of this animal “hospital” ended today. Our diabetic cat is running low on his prescribed insulin. Normally I would just drop by and pick it up. Today I called ahead to make it easier. They are out of stock. The person told me they may not have any for 2 months. I asked to get a written prescription and was told I could not get one because there is NO actual veterinarian on staff! I don’t know how they’re still open, no doctors, no prescriptions! We’re done with them. No actual doctor means we will never go back there.

At one time this place was a 5 star. But since January of 2022 it has deteriorated. I mean seriously your BP broke and you didn’t replace it. I had used this place for 14 years. Whoever is running this place now clearly doesn’t know what they are doing, and more than that could care less about your pet. They don’t always have a doctor. I tried to set up an appointment and is 3 weeks before can get my sick dog in. I asked for discussion over phone, oh you have to make appointment and come in for that.

They're going to tax the h*ll out of you for having an emergency. Seriously. You won't leave paying under 1k to have your furry friend survive. Price aside, they do top work and the Dr is very nice and educated
