The managers are aggressive and impolite ready to rip you off. I experienced personal commenting, engaging in toxic arguments, making claims without fact checking, etc as part of their negotiation process. Horrible experience. Dealerships like these makes me not want to buy mazda anymore.

Great dealership. Gianna Padilla is an amazing salesperson who made it very easy for me to buy my new Mazda 3 sedan. She took down my information over the phone and called me back as soon as she found a car that met my criteria. Once I came in to purchase the car, I was in and out with all the financing paperwork in about an hour, which was surprisingly fast in my opinion. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made my experience pleasurable. I love my new car and would definitely call Gianna again the next time I need a new Mazda!
