I'm leaving a 5 star review because Kristy was amazing when Instacart messed up my same day delivery and personally brought it to my home herself! You don't meet many people these days with ethics but wow, this gal deserves a huge raise!!! Thank you so much Kristy. Michaels, you guys need to switch back to DOOR DASH because Instacart is making your corporation look like morons.

Cindy ruins the experience of shopping at Michaels. She miscounted the number of items I was returning/exchanging (all the while saying what a difficult process it is to do and "thank God there isn't a line"). When I pointed out that I didn't receive credit for one of my items, she ran the transaction again, then slammed the receipt down on the counter and said, "there you go" and walked off. Unnecessarily rude over something that was her mistake to begin with.
