I'm so tired of having to check myself out. 2 items I was trying to buy where not on sale in the check out. The 1 and only cashier was busy for over 10 minutes helping a customer check out. I had an appointment I needed to get to. I finally left everything at the counter and walked out. Crazy how you can't find anyone that works there. No one want to help the customers and the customer service has gotten just terrible.

Horrible.stay away! I took them a frame and picture to add a matte to. Just a simple matte job. After 5 days still not done. I had to go in amd they did while i waited. And cracked the frame in the process. I pointed it out and they denied and pretended they couldnt see the wood split in half. Said they didnt know what to do since they couldnt replace the frame. Complete lack of skill and customer service. Shop amazon for cheaper products and go to actual frame shops for skilled labor. Also they seem to have a real fear of having two cashiers working at the same time. Maybe the manager gets a good feeling from seeing long angry lines of customers. On more than one occasion I ha e walked out as soon as I walked in due to the lines at the register. Why haven't companies realizef that they should make me giving them my money the easiest part of my visit?
