Amazing ppl and the staff is outstanding and the clean rooms that is here I would recommend this place anytime plus there's kitchen type style which is Amazing as well

This is NOT a suite! Even tho the website says hair dryer and ironing board are available upon request, I was told they do not provide either one. So I had to go buy a hair dryer when I simply could have brought one of the many I have from home. This is supposed to be an extended stay place; those should be very available. The mattress is like concrete so I also had to buy a mattress topper. And the bathroom sink counter... it's gonna be a real struggle getting ready in the morning for work; there is no room to put everything! I am looking forward to leaving this place. I do not recommend unless you're in a financial bind.

Planning on doing a lot of work in this area and will absolutely NOT stay here again. The machine that programs the key cards went down and had to have someone let me in my room for an entire week now. Since nobody is ever at the front desk you have to call and wait to be let into the room you paid for. No offer of a discount or anything. Just a "sorry about this pay me". They finally got the machine in today but the only person who can program it decided to go on vacation. Keep in mind I'm not the only one in this hotel who has to be let in their room. It's everyone. I'll tell every single person I know not to ever stay at this place. They could care less about the customer as long as they get their money. I was patient but I've had enough.
