I have loved staying here. I have stayed at the Four Points here in Williston about 10 times and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are always very clean! Tausha is the manager here and she is phenomenal! If you are coming to Williston this is the ONLY place to stay!!

This place needs management present urgently. Staff act as if they were themselves on vacation. The person preparing the breakfast was eating with a friend while the buffet needed to be refilled. When I asked for assistance with the waffle maker that wasn’t working, she said she was making it for herself. Meanwhile the person doing the cleaning, left her materials to the side and grabbed some bacon with her own hands. Not the standards I am used to with Marriot

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the airport. The Bonvoy app does say there is a shuttle but is was not in service. There isn’t much around but town is 2 miles away. The hotel does have a restaurant but it is closed on Sundays. The hot breakfast made up for the restaurant being closed! The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. They even arranged a ride back to the airport the next day when there were no Lyfts or Ubers. The room clean and the bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a shower. Other Amenities: - Free WiFi - Indoor pool and spa (closed) - Fitness room - Mini fridge and microwave - Very nice hot breakfast with real eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals and waffles The hotel encouraged social distancing and has an optional mask policy for fully vaccinated guests and required a mask for unvaccinated guests.

Stayed two nights. first was a Thursday and then Saturday. so I had 2 different rooms. both rooms were lacking in tissues the containers were on the counter in the bathrooms but no tissue. I was disappointed that there were only 2 bath towels in both rooms as a large majority of women use 2 one for the body and one for hair so when I went to shower I had no dry towel to use. The beds are hard and the pillows were very soft had to fold 2 of them in half just to equal 1 normal pillow. And the indoor pool was not working both days in the middle of September
