The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use housekeeping during my stay bu the room was clean on arrival and the common areas we kept clean. The rooms are quiet.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, on the phone and in person. Front desk and breakfast providers. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. Our suite was clean, relaxing and quite. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We will definitely stay the there when we travel back in June 2022.

The staff at the Williston Hotel were excellent! I can’t stress that enough about them. If you need anything they will go above your expectations to help you. They did for me anyways and I greatly appreciate that and so does my Girlfriend and her 7yr old daughter who got special pancakes made just for her. We did have a mishap with the microwave trying to burn everything we heated up and it did succeed once in nursing up the Mac and cheese that was put in there that ended up having the fire department out to the hotel because of all the smoke. Other than that our stay was excellent and the staff even better. The pool area really does need a new walkway around it. It’s extremely slippery when it gets wet. This could avoid future slips and falls.

Our room overall was ok. We booked a two queen bed suite. The two beds were excellent but the pull out couch was terrible, springs coming through the mattress. When you book a room for 5 people you should have the comfort for 5 people. We were on the 4th floor and the water pressure was terrible and the water was Luke warm. I felt like the room itself was overpriced for the area. The pool is very small compared to the pictures and my children were not excited about it. The breakfast was almost all gone by 830 when we went downstairs and the staff did nothing to make sure food was available. The hallways were in need of cleaning and the elevator was gross. The check in staff was very friendly.
