This is by far one of my favorite rv parks to stay at. Everyone we’ve met here is the sweetest and so welcoming. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here.

Easy in/out, clean level gravel pull-thru w/FHU, lots of trees, and neighbors are quiet. Some road noise, but it tapers off. It's our go-to overnight stop

Seems like a fairly nice clean friendly safe place to stay... I was just visiting a friend so my view is from my first impression... Better detail with park upkeep and maintenance along with electrical up to code compliance in some areas would be an improvement... Some pad site surfaces in my opinion could be improved with better preparation and eye for detail as some folks stay long term...

They do have tent camping on any open site. They are putting in a tent area this year. The cost is $10/night. They use effective natural deterrents for all of nature's wildlife. The park is under new management as of 2 months ago and Julie takes great care of the park. Mark Massie was a guest that had to be asked to leave the park.

Sorry We don't have a space for tiny homes but the mobile home park has two spaces left. They have two tiny houses on site. They take tiny homes. Call them at 903-455-4564.
I don't think so either. However, I did see the last manager allow a tent be set up for real cheap. They stayed for a couple of months. Agree with other review. Just ask.
