I am disgusted with the service we have received with New Leaf. We have been trying to have our GE Profile Induction range repaired for SIX WEEKS! The convection oven wasn't working so I called for a repair - bear in mind the unit is less than two years old. The service tech replaced a part - the oven works but now NONE OF THE BURNERS WORK! I have been trying to get this resolved since SEPTEMBER 15 - in the meantime I had to buy a countertop induction plate to feed my family. Every time the tech comes a different part has to be replaced. I have asked for a replacement and was told that "we don't replace, only repair. We would be happy to refund you $199 for the WARRANTY contract." The customer service people have no interest in resolving my problem.

Had some issues with initial service provider, but was able to choose a reimbursement option with a company that knew what to do. New Leaf team worked hard to find the new provider and set us on our way.

Was impressed that Service technician was courteous, knowledgeable and time from call made about problem from his arrival was reasonable. Item could not be repaired and had check for reimbursement in less than 30 days.
