I placed an online order from this location at 4:54pm. Tell me why when I go to pick up my order, the place is dark and no one working. How was this allowed? Nowhere on the site did it ever say the place was closed. I did a Google search and the hours say 1pm - 9pm. Only day it's closed is Wednesday. Today is Tuesday. In order to get my $50+ back is to call the store (can't because they're closed) or call customer service. Did the second option and we'll see how long it takes to get my money back.

Bake the pizza. All four pizzas were raw and stuck to the box. Impossible to remove a piece from the box , it just fell apart into a heap of dough and garbage. I filed a complaint and want a refund. And the curbside pickup was a joke thankfully my son was with me to go in and pick it up. I walk with a cane so i cannot carry four pizzas.

Order not ready on time, looked confused when I showed up after online order. Didn't seem like toppings baked with pizza at all, pizza luke warm and looked like they threw toppings on a hour old cheese pizza, warmed it up, and gave it to me after I showed up. Breadsticks very disappointing, look like something you get from the frozen isle, a smash loaf of bread, didn't even come apart into sticks. I went one time prior about 2 years ago and had a similar experience, figured I'd give them a shot again. Mistake. I will not order from this location again.
