They will lie and make it impossible to cancel. Diana (some “manager”) is unbelievably rude and frankly disgusted with their business practice. We attempted to cancel and provide proof of move, but they still will attempt you for services they could never complete. Much better options out there. On multiple occasions they provide shoddy work that required multiple trips back to fix. The owner should restart with a new staff.

For what I paid I wish they gave me more information, or basic information like showing the the type of curls on the lashes because I had no idea, they asked me what I wanted when I was in the chair with the eyes closed because she already started and didn’t explain me what C, B etc curl mean or look like so I am a little disappointed about it and I even mentioned it was my first time doing this

I've come to amazing lash Las Colinas for 9 months with a membership. It's easy maintenance for me also, i have been good experience all the time. Front desk staffs are friendly and informative for thier job. Each stylists are do a great work for my lash. I highly recommend Isabella and Fatima. Both are professional, have a good work manners with geltle customers care, Easy conversation, Always asking and double check of what my needs.

Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof cosmetics. This will help your eyelash extensions last longer. Our lash studio has an Eyelash Foaming Cleanser and makeup designed to keep your lashes looking new and their best for longer.
Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.
Yes! We have many options for voluminous lashes. We offer our Amazing Volume Classic 3D, 6D, featherweight, and hybrid volume eyelash extensions. Our lash stylists will work with you to give you the perfect dramatic lash look.
To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
