If I could give zero stars I would I had to drive 20 minutes to get to this place and made an appointment for something to be notarized and apparently the notary called in sick and they failed to call anyone and inform them?? This seems EXTREMELY unprofessional, I won’t ever be coming back here so be warned.

Took a package into the ups store in forney texas ,to be delivered to colorado .was told by there associate that it would be delivered by the following Tuesday. We are now a week from the date I was told it would be delivered and it has not been delivered .when you call the store to speak with someone .they don't answer or just give you the run around .according to the tracking number the store made the label but that is where it got (lost /stolen)if you have any packages to send I would stay away from this ups store

This place is almost always busy, but the line moves really fast and the workers are helpful and smiling.

Gosh, I have given this UPS store so many chances. And, they seemed to be doing better the last six or eight months. They seemed better staffed and faster. But, the store has many problems still. Much of the equipment has been broken for what seems like forever. I went in the other day for a simple Amazon return and there were (I counted them) 18 people in line. They had one person working the counter. ONE person. It was an elderly man who seem to be super slow at processing what people needed to get done. After standing there for a little over 15 minutes and only three people had been helped. (working on the third) I decided to just leave and come back the next day. I would have been in there for at least 45 minutes probably. There were many people that had come in and seen the situation, and just turned around and walked off. When I left there were 19 people in line. I went back the next day at approximately the same time - 12:30 PM I couldn’t believe it, but pretty much the same situation existed. I had to go to Rockwall that day, too, so I decided to take the package over to that UPS store. Wow,!! what a difference. There were many people working the counter and they were fast and efficient. I was in and out of there in about five minutes. I have lived in Forney for many years and I have seen this store struggle. I try to avoid it if possible, but sometimes there aren’t any other ways to accomplish what I need to get done. I wish they were closer options. (haven’t tried the Heath store) The Forney store needs a MAJOR update, and possibly different management.
