Her customer service skills are Top Tier!! She remained with a positive attitude and get it done spirit. Promote her now and give her a raise!!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Kenia and her manager for the effort. Words cant explain how grateful I am. I have been dealing with atnt for 1wk over the phone wasted my time going to the 1 atnt store in Mesquite and no one was able to give me a straight answer regarding the status of my order and just 1 phone call with Kenia atnt Forney, right there she was able to give me a resolution about my concern within minutes. Kudos to her!

I have been to a lot of AT& T stores, and my experience at this one was by far the worst. The willingness to help was 0, my phone would not come on and the guy even before he looked at the phone already told me he couldn't help. After I left out I came back in maybe in hope to get another sales person I did. I asked him could I upgrade my phone and he told me no, which I really could. No one in the store made any suggestions to help, give me a understanding what my options were. It was a low grade experience, and I have never been to a AT&T store like that before.
