My daughter is in the CICU here at cook's children's hospital, and I'd like to say that you people are quite unfair for going based off a misdemeanor that was given to me 6 years ago there's really no other words for it besides despiteful I'm reading other reviews you people literally let people stay there whom don't have a kid here but just a relative the level of hypocrisy is insane with you guys as much as I'm bothered by it I forgive you all for not being understanding. I'm sure you guys are oh so well perfect in there

This place was a Lifesaver, I'm glad my family had a place to sleep while my daughter was at the hospital. The covid rules made for some inconveniences, but overall was fine. Also they provided dinner for us every day, and had alot of snack foods, cereals, and oatmeal. To top it off it was across from Cooks Children which made it convenient.

I'm not very happy with the ft. Worth location my daughter was down there getting treatment for her 8 month old daughter who is a victim of HIE. They were told that they needed to stay for 4-5 days, they got a referral from the hospital upon calling RMc H they were in formed that this location only takes reservations Monday- Wednesday so they couldn't get a room. The first night they stayed in their vehicle, once were found that out were played four their next three nights in a slumy yet pricey motel. So thanks alot RMcH......... for nothing at all!

Families have to be referred to the Ronald McDonald House by their case worker/social worker at the hospital where their child is receiving treatment
Yes, I agree and I am a volunteer also...
Yes. Room is made and ready when you check in, like a hotel. The towels are in the closets in the laundry baskets. Sometimes you'll get a bunch of different size towels or you'll get 1 or 2 of the big thick towels. You are responsible for washing and cleaning your own bedding. If you're short of towels, just ask the awesome people at the front office for extra.
Nancy Knight - I volunteer at the house and they can always use those type of paper goods.
No, there's not a parking garage or facility, but there is parking along the side and front of RMH. There's also 2 small lots in front
I believe they would have to be new, not used.
Yes
