Parker Cadillac continues to excel in customer service. My wife and myself came in to get our maintenance done on our 2009 Cadillac DTS Ciafre Smith, Service Consultant was great. From getting our request, in , to explaining our needed service, to escorting us to the waiting area and coming to get us to escort us back to our vehicle, he was very personable and helpful. Hi Ms. Nichols- in order to accurately answer your question about the costs for replacement of headlights on your 2014 SRX we would need the vehicle identification number, as there are a couple of possible part numbers that fit that make and model. If you can provide the VIN, located on your insurance card, or in the Left front door jamb area of your vehicle we will be happy provide an estimate for the repairs. We would also use the VIN number to see if your vehicle could qualify for assistance from Cadillac Motor Division for these repairs. Once you have located the VIN please call our customer care center at 501-551-1278 and we will assist you further. We recommend that you don't post your VIN here on Google as it is a public forum. Hello Gentlemen- Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this question. A diagnostic charge is only applied when the recommended repairs are declined by the customer. Diagnosis is included when repairs are completed. This would be no different than having a test run at your doctor’s office. The doctor, the lab technician, the nurse, the receptionist, and even the janitor spent their time to make it possible for the test you requested to determine a diagnosis. At the dealership it’s the same process. Our staff is entitled to compensation for their time, their tools, and their knowledge to provide you with a diagnosis. Lastly, the business owner is responsible for staffing and maintaining a facility that serves all customers. I hope my answer helps everyone understand the question at hand. Dont go to Parker Cadillac go to getaway in north little rock Arkansas they is better there where i took mines to after parker Cadillac tried to charge me for some of everything
They will not come to your home and pick your car up and service it. They will however have a Courtesy car available if you call in advance for one.
