I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Clayton at Everett Infiniti. The week prior to going to Everett I had an unpleasant experience with an out of town dealership, so I was not looking forward to dealing with any dealerships moving forward. Clayton totally changed my attitude. He found the car I was looking for, answered every question I had, guaranteed he would have my car ready on the next business day (detailing and full tank of gas), kept in contact with me on pick-up day, and has checked to make sure everything is good since I bought the car. Every timeline Clayton gave me, he kept. And, he made the actual purchasing process very time efficient, which was necessary for me.
