I went to Enterprise on burien cuz my insurance company rent me a car once I get there. Mr. Austin help me out with the paperwork and also showing me the car. He said that he did $100 deposit and the one side return the car. He was going to give me the $100 back yesterday. Return the car without no damage without anything. He said that he returned the money but nothing posting my account, he put Ms. Marika helping out with my account. Mary said told me that I owe $300 and something I pay up that debt for $317 and then she said she was going to return my money back $100. I called us today he said I was only 400 and something instead of 300 something. So I say why you guys still in money from me that you said that you were going to return my $100 back. You seen that this company it just take advantage of people, they use a scam people taking out the $100 deposit. The neuro return back. I will never do business with them again

Jeep Cherokee with Oklahoma plates. Make sure they fix the car before you rent it! We rented it to drive down to San Diego for a funeral. The car shook all the way there. We tried to exchange it in San Diego. They told us they did not have a car that they could trade with us. So we had to drive that horrible uncomfortable car back to Seattle. My husband complained to the guys at enterprise when he turned car in and they said we can give you $100. 00 off. This is not exceptable! I want corporate to see this and I will be posting onevery travel rating their is. Enterprise has gone downhill everywhere! You have lost another customer!

A good listener is better than a good talker This person who worked as a manager in this rental car by the name of Takiyah A.cox doesn't stop talking until you go her way. I wish she listened to what the customer is asking for . She definitely needs more training to be better than what she is. To make a long story short my advice to you avoid this place There is other place that you can get better service who can listen to you what you are asking for.

Austin. The proclaimed manager of this store was not only dismissive to me and my daughter, he also denied us a rental. Claiming that ENTERPRISE as a company cannot accept debit cards from young renters. However, after talking to corporate, I was assured that as long as she met the rental criteria she most definitely could! She is a resident of Normandy Park/Burien, has a debit card in her name with 2 valid forms of identification proving her residential location, insurance in her name and the money to cover the rental, deposit and additional fees! There is NO reason for him to deny her as a customer! He, in my opinion, used his own judgement instead of company protocol and that is truly dissatisfying and inappropriate. Not to mention unprofessional. I am a Enterprise Plus member and recommended my daughter to them and she now has a bad taste in her mouth because of one employee's negligence.

They do deliver
They didn't when I was there in March 2019. This location adjusted my drop off at the airport since it was after they closed for the day, it was very convenient
Only to the airport location..from terminal to car rental complex..not to and from other locations
You need a debit or credit card. No cash! You talk to Kevin or Tyler. They charge you for how many days you rent and also take a $100.00 deposit. You also need a drivers license. They are nice people so you will be taken care of. Just tell them that I sent you.
I'd call to be sure. Great staff here. I'm sure they can find a solution to your rental needs.
