All of my prescriptions have not been filled on time for the last few months. They are on auto fill but the Pharmacy does not EVER auto fill anything. I have to manually fill them through the app. Then pharmacy puts them into "filling status" only for them to sit there forever. They then CANCEL the prescription entirely without ever filling it. Other prescriptions will go into "Delayed-Out of Stock" status and then they simply NEVER get the medication in. THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. So it requires going down to the store in person and often waiting in a VERY LONG LINE before being told they can't help you today. I'm disabled. What am I suppose to do when I can't get my medications on a regular basis? I'm looking for a new pharmacy!!

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy, with the rudest pharmacist. If you go here be prepared to stand on the line up for at times over an hour only to be told that their too busy to get to your prescription today and you'll have to come back tomorrow. Also, don't be surprised if you go in on a regular day when the hours are until 9:00 PM and find it closed before 5:00 PM due to lack of staff. PS, I am not at all upset with the front for quitting on mass because as I mentioned the pharmacist are BEYOND rude to them and to the customers. We are pulling ALL of our business from Walgreens because enough is enough !!! Do yourself a favour and go to another pharmacy else where. And BTW, do NOT bother to call them on the phone. Because they are so short staffed they have unplugged all the pharmacy phones and you'll be on hold for 24 hours if you wish because nobody will know the phone is ringing.

Multiple times they have over promised and underperformed in the pharmacy. Stated at first they where filling my prescription, then got a notification it was delayed. Said they'd have it one day, called them that day, they said it'd be in at noon. Called at around 3 after no notice of arrival, they said they hadn't received it. Tired of their lack of customer service. Will definitely be going somewhere else after this.

Complete NIGHTMARE in the Pharmacy now! Have had to wait over an hour in line twice (and am handicapped). Was literally painful to get my prescriptions. They don't have enough people and there's no more drive-thru. From what I hear (from a reliable source), the entire staff walked out about a month ago. I've tried to hang on with them while they hire new people, but they said they're not getting applicants. It could be a long,, long time before they are actually operational again. I wonder how much business they have lost. I am going elsewhere. It's gotta be better. Do not waste your time here!!!
