This place is just awful when it comes to customer service. It's a top-down issue resulting from the franchise owner's poor attitude and focus on fattening bottom line via hidden/unnecessary add-ons and the like vs offering helpful services in a friendly manner. If your experience is anything like mine has been over the previous 10yrs, you'll always get the feeling that you're wasting their time vs awarding them with your patronage (unfortunately, given the area, sometimes one is left with little choice...their business model relies on it, apparently).

Every time I call this store with questions or go into the store for printing or mailing needs the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve print big posters here, I’ve dropped off Amazon returns and mailed packages here. They are always helpful if I need help with packaging or need help with printing something and Amazon returns are so quick here. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.
