They need more of a variety of colors. Every couch was gray & over priced.

We got 2 leather couches during the Labor Day sale. The sales people were all super friendly and helpful. Everything in the store was clearly marked with a price and if it was in stock or not, after going to about 6 other stores looking for a couches before we found JR we found that very helpful. Our delivery came on the day and time window we were told. The delivery guys were lightning fast and made quick work of getting our furniture up 3 flights of stairs.

We went to buy a loveseat and sofa..It It was supposed to be a tan color like the one in the show room. But we just got it in and there both dark gray..I tried Talking to the store manager about it But he insists it only comes in gray not tan..I said I'm looking at the pictures of the one I saw in the show room and the one we just got the dark gray. I do believe that there pulling a fast one. We wanted the tan color but that say it only comes in gray. They will not help by taking it back.they day all sales final. Trust me don't do business with this company..don't trust them. Take your business some where else.
