Called for a service call on a washer that I had purchased from sears, was told that there was no techs available in the area, wouldn't or couldn't set up an appointment for a future date and to try calling back in a couple weeks. Never heard of such a thing. When I further questioned this lack of customer service he hung up on me. Side note is that I live just a couple miles from their service center. I have always bought Sears appliances, never again

The senior technician was training a new team member. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I was observing how he had patience as the team member was working through the steps/process. Didn’t take long for them to install the part. Will use them again as needed.
