Staff was no show for appointments of at least a dozen customers. Called office, wait 15 minutes for answer, then placed on hold to talk to management another 15 minutes before disconnected. BE AWARE, no testing done, wasted our time, and got stuck for $12 parking fees. Fortunately DHMD was very supportive in accommodating us and others in a timely manner.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I went for my scheduled test today only to find out the centre is closed for the day. No email, no phone call, nothing but a sign saying closed "today" (the fact they said "today" rather than write the actual date tells you all you need to know). When we tried to leave the parking area they gate tried to charge me $10 for parking, I called the "help" and a woman answered who informed me they were closed and that they "put up a sign." When I mentioned I had an appointment she just hung up and opened the gate. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour for a business when people need COVID tests within 24 hours of a flight. Next step, try to get my refund since they were happy to charge me the $70 when making my appointment. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY. EDIT: In response to their response. Still waiting for my refund one week after requesting it! I'm not going to debate whether or not these people are frontline workers risking their lives. I'm certainly not going to remove my negative review because their "unexpected closing" of the testing centre caused me to have to pay for the extremely expensive test at SEA-TAC so that I would not miss my international flight home. Do other essential services close unexpectedly and without informing customers?

I looked for a Covid Test Station to take a test before my flight. Then I found this location online. I made an appointment. When I got there, there was a sign that said 'only drive thru'. When I stopped by I asked an employee and she said walk ups were welcome too. Then there was a sign that said for people with an appointment to scan the QR-Code to register. I did that. The form had so so many questions. Why do they want to know my race?? And then it didn't except my German address and my phone number. The employee helped me with my questions. After I was tested I got my result within an hour via E-Mail. When I read the reviews on Google after making the appointment I was scared but it was not that bad.

Horrible. Literally 2 hour wait only to find out they say sorry I need an appointment, website says no appointment needed. Also they wanted $69, website didn’t mention that. Unfortunately they are also right below a big billboard for free Covid testing. The billboard isn’t theirs.

You should, I got mine in less than an hour
I think you must have an appointment but keeping appointments means little to them. We showed up at 12:45 for our 1:00 appointment but did not get tested until 2:05.
