This is our second review for the Ground Zero Plumbing, and I’m writ with a great pleasure. The Maintnence Services and the inspection of our HVAC system is a part of the company’s unique package that every home owners are receiving when a new systems are installed. We have honestly forgotten about it, but the Ground Zero Plumming has not. Very kind and persistent company representative have been trying to reach us multiple times to schedule an appointment for the inspection due to our vacation. The appointment has been scheduled at the most convenient time for us with following email and a detailed text confirmation providing the names and pictures of their employees who’ve been appointed for this services. On the scheduled day another consultation been sent and two employees of the company were at our front door sharp on time. Opening the door, we were greeted with the smiles and respect by Derek Franke and Juan Mata. They were professionally dressed into a GROUNDZERO uniform and so politely have shared the scope of work they were appointed to do. Derek Franke were training Juan Mata and his kindness and respect towards our family was so impressive and the way here were treated his colleague was very professional. We could tell that Derek Franke was inspired to share his experiences and expertise with Juan Mata whose is impressive. They took the time to inspect the entire house, being very attentive to our feelings about the HAVC performance, made the adjustments and have told us to reach out with any questions or if we would feel that company could be of any help just reach out to them and we will be well taking care of as a part of the the GROUNDZERO BUSINESS FAMILY. So impressive and the quality of the service’s are truly shines from the day one through now. Thank you Derek Franke and Juan Mata for your outstanding services and your professionalism! Our plumbing system also being inspected on the same day as we’ve hired the Ground Zero Plumming to replace the Water Heater and Tony Abril have done his thorough inspection, making sure all our plumbing outlets are in good share, flashed the heater as a part of the maintenance. WOW! We are highly recommending the Ground Zero Plumming again and so happy to be treated as a valuable member of the GROUNDZERO BUSINESS FAMILY! 04.11.2022

GroundZero is an extremely professional operation! I never have to wonder when they will arrive and who will be showing up. Every technician that has been been to my house has been polite, professional, and knowledgeable. That held true today when Derek Franke came to find out why my AC quit working.
