Female judge has no idea what she’s doing for the child custody cases, she just want to get you in and out. Very unfair, horrible judge. She needs to be fired she has no interest in what’s best for the child, she needs to be relieved of her position, never have I witnessed somebody so incapable of doing her job.

730-5000 criminal or civil division depending on the type of case that was in court
Kind of an odd question. I guess it depends on what he does in reaction to all those circumstances. If it's illegal, probably. Honestly if it were me. l would mourn my parents , disown my brother and not sweat the girl. She's not worth your time.
Walk in court for misdemeanors are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8-8:30 Friday for felonies.

Typically, you'll be asked to provide your Social Security Number and date of birth and/or provide a copy of your driver's license, passport, or other valid photo identification to prove your identity, or a sworn statement proving your relationship to the person whose certificate you're ordering.
You can either call Tulare county Superior Court or you can come in and they have a someone sitting at a desk where you can ask them
Yes it is open
Call the tax collector's office 636-5250
It was open 3 days ago when I went to pay my taxes
Power outage at the court house. Try back later this evening.
You'll need to drop it off at the drop box on the 2nd floor. If there's questions they'll call you.
Go thru the court metal detectors. Turn left and down the hall about 50 feet. On the left is room 105.
My suggestion is call them as they are sorta open (the physical building is ) m-f but their office is closed. if you need to file child custody you can go to the website find the documents there, print them out, sign and drop it off at the clerks office on the 2nd floor. http://www.tularesuperiorcourt.ca.gov/index.php?section=forms-fees-and-rules
Come in, go to room 124 & start there.
Don't understand your question. If you have questions/concerns, contact the Tulare County Superior Court, or stop by room 124 at the courthouse, & they will be happy to help.
Located on Mooney Blvd, different judges.
I don't think you can unless that person have given their permission to the attorney
Sorry not familiar with what it takes to complete that process. You may be able to get legal advice free of charge from the self help center near McDonalds on Mineral King and Demaree.
I don't think they will mail it but if your case isn't super old they should be able to print out whatever you need from a file. I think they charge either .25-.50 cents a page.
Walk ins are only for certain types of case's.
First of all you should have notified the courthouse prior to missing court because depending on what it was for, you may already have a warrant for your arrest I believe. You should call them urgently madam because your life is depending on it, literally. I’m not trying to scare you either.
Aloha Valerie Bertanelli didn't know that they were married but at that time you get ORIGINAL and NEVER FORGET ABOUT HIM BECAUSE YOU ARE SO HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE TO GO OUT ON THE TOWN WHERE IS HE?It's time to move out and FIND HIM!!!! GO NOW GUNGLE Howard
I don't know. That is something that you must ask the Judge Or Commissioner for your case. Capt Stan Howard EA
Since my grandson is with me , cos won't be able to take him from me??
If the DA filed charges, it will be in the case. You can request copies in RM 124 at the courthouse
Call 636-5050
Visalia court house as soon as you walk through the metal detector walk forward and you will see screens with names they are in order by last namejust look for your name and it will tell you what department
Yes, go to tularecounty.ca.gov and look up the name.
It would have to do with the county records if it was taken or not.
I know Friday's for sure you have to be in the office at 8am
This is not a question , its a statement. Can't answer it.
Yes but you have to go through a metal detector and search of the stroller. Give yourself plenty of time for that.
You'll have to call in the morning around 8 to find out.
There are digital displays right past the entrance and the metal detectors. If your name (set alphabetically) isn't on the roster, check with room 201 for anything that hasn't posted yet. Also, Tulare co. Sherriff or Visalia PD might be able to let you know if you call. Primarily, call into the courthouse as well and speak with the operator to see if your name is actually in the system.
Go to the legal library in the basement of the courthouse and also go to legal aide. They are attorneys who help with pro bono work half the time. Look up everything you can online as well. Best of luck to you.
Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM I believe, but the courthouse has a website with timeframe verification. You can also call the clerk after 8AM to find out, just Google map the local and it will bring up the info.
You have to call in up to a day before so the can setup for a reschedule. No excuses can be given and if anything get a doctor's note faxed in. The clerk can tell you how to send the fax over.
Is this on a criminal case? You report to room 124. You must be there at 8am. Misdemeanors are Mon - Wed.
They do not, you have to go to the city hall to get passports or the post office. They are normally $145 for adults
To get married you need a marriage license. You can get them through the recorders office.
If you are sentenced that day that is a decision for the judge
If that is the amount ordered by the judge then normally no there is not a discount program. If it is in collections and additional fees were added you can call that department and ask if there is currently a reduction program
No, copies are 50 cents per page unless you have a fee waiver
2 copies and the original to file
To order copies of a death certificate, contact the county or state vital records office in the place where the death occurred. They will tell you exactly what you need to do.
You can look up your name at the courts website or call.
Have you attorney/public defender do it. Or go to the clerks office on the 2nd floor and ask for the form.
Court starts at 8:30 and then it will show a main screen on the ground floor of names and courtrooms.
Hope u found your way to court
No. They close for all government holidays.
Restraining orders are generally in effect for i believe only 1 year. It matter how old you are out were but you can call the courthouse family law division and ask they will tell you or go to the courthouse to room 124 if it was criminal and the order was placed by the judge or if you asked for the protection order go to 2nd floor... there is a lady at a desk get in line and ask her what to do she van direct you.
Yes
California birth, death, marriage and divorce records are maintained by the California Department of Public Health Vital Records (CDPH). While certified certificates are only available to family members, informational copies are available to anyone. Statewide recording of vital records began in 1905.
The cost is $16 for computer-generated birth certificates. The cost is $20 for birth certificates ordered in person.
No, you cannot get a birth certificate over the phone. You have to fill out an application and show your ID. If you are unable to go in you can get the application online and mail or fax it along with a photocopy of your ID.
