Not a great experience. It was refurbished but the facility was bad. Only one elevator was working during my stay and the other one was extremely busy. Also received a creepy note at the door saying “I’m watching you”… freaks me out. (Then I wrote I’m watching YouTube and sloped it out from our door…) Front desk and security people were nice but there wasn’t any security video in the hallway so I would never know who left this note.

Attended a community festival and the hotel was very accommodating and helpful. The facility was great and the hotel was very responsive to our needs.

A bit run down, the rooms need to be remodeled and the bathroom got hairs when I checked in. I also see homeless people wandering in the parking lot. I kinda regret booking this place.

If they are holding money on your credit card for a room, it will take a couple of days after you check out for the hold to be released. If they are holding a deposit for something else then you would need to call the sales department to find out about that.

They got rid of the concierge lounge on the top floor after their big renovation. They now give elite members a voucher to get food in the main lounge.
