Worst communication skills!! They did not care at all about voiced concerns like tables bussed. They don't keep a file of your choices, and set ups dos and don't. Had to re explain everything and say"remember, we talked about this...it's in the email. You dont need this incompetence on your special day. We made it super ez for servers:no champagne toast, we pre plated and set up hors d'oeuvres table and all plates/glasses were disposable!! Servers NEVER bussed the tables. They advertise that Event Manager is included. Tenille tells me at the "final visit" that "there is not an event manager per say, just someone who takes care of property should there be plumbing issues etc." She greeted us with a full mustache. A woman who doesn't even care to wax her upper lip is NOT going to care about your wedding. We paid for, and had food delivered in. We ordered way more than enough food but magically, we were left with one pan of the chicken. Their back door in the kitchen is very handy for them. They definately ate well. We had plans for the extra food. No wonder the big guy kept asking whay food we were serving. Guess he likes bbq! Bartenders let the iced water tubs go empty. Guests left because they thought we were out of water when there were 5 cases! They ignored the sugar we provided to rim our sangria. Tenille greeted me on my wedding day with an attitude. If she actually carried a folder with her she wouldnt have been upset about something she agreed upon.She said, "Im sorry, I had back to back weddings, I cant remember everything!" Well lady, we are PAYING you to do that. The very large man grumbled something to me about having to clean up after the party. Lazy and incompetant venue.The Garden is beautiful but the roots are poisoned here folks! I'm limited to only a certain amount of space here for the review. There is so much more incompetence. Beware. I prayed for them,gave grace, but yikes,spend your money elsewhere!! Beware of false reviews. Tenille herself even made a review. I reported her for conflict of interest. Im sure they have friends and family write most reviews. Really take the negative reviews seriously! Once you sign the contract your stuck with hell.
