Bruce is the best! We recently purchased our patio furniture here and cannot wait for it to be delivered. Bruce was beyond helpful and not in the pushy salesman way. He answered questions, shared helpful insights but also allowed us the space we needed to make our furniture selections. When we said 'thank you-we will be back soon to make the purchase' after our first visit we didn't get the high pressure full court press to make the sale that day which was refreshing! Bruce was thorough and prompt with his email responses to my questions as well. The second visit was when we made our purchase. Bruce was busy with another customer when we arrived, so we were assisted by another team member who was also awesome! As soon Bruce was available he stepped in to finish the deal-he even knew us by name! Thank you Bruce! Jen and Eugene

We made our first purchase at Paddy’O furniture about 16 years ago. It wasn’t cheap but I was sick of going through pool furniture every year or two. We recently moved to a new home a year and a half ago and at that time the furniture was close to the condition of the day we bought it. No fading. No tears. I have never seen anything stand up to the Arizona sun like their furniture did. It was a selling point of the home and we had it convey in the sale. It was now time to get new furniture for our new home and we headed straight back to Paddy’O. Their customer service team and delivery team were amazing and I cannot tell you how much value the furniture has added to our new dream backyard. A source like this is a true rare find these days. If I could give 6 stars I would. Hats off Paddy’O!! I will come back and post photos when our landscaping is completely finished

I gave you 4 stars because our buying and pickup experience was good. The quality of our furniture is also great. However, you lost a star because it enrages me when I see people holding your 40% off signs outside by the 202 or by Williams Field when it’s over 100 degrees. Are you that desperate for business that you’re willing to risk their safety? Yeah, they have water. But standing outside when it’s over 100 degrees in the direct sun is dangerous. Even if they get a break every 30 minutes, you can dehydrate in the direct sun in 10 minutes.
