So it was my second time there. My 1st time was with Schwartz the 2nd time was with a different doc. Everything was great until I remembered that I forgot to get my new prescription for my glasses. I called them up and was informed that it would cost me $50. I've been to so many eye docs in the last 30 years and not once has someone asked me to pay for MY prescription. I feel like it's being held hostage. They took my insurance and everything was payed for but now they want more. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth about this office.

Required Masks even though the CDC no longer requires them. Kinda strange to me. I thought the staff was rude when I said I wouldn't wear one. They told me I had to if I wanted an evaluation. No thanks I left and went somewhere else.

The evaluation of my eyes was complete and thorough the staff was polite and wonderful to work with.

Great experience for the laser consultation. Professional staff and very pleasant experience. They wanted to make sure that they got it all right before they approved me. Now on to the surgery.
