After having been seen at this office since I was 9 and now am 35 years old I have to say it's gone down hill. My appointment was completed by a tech who was perfectly nice but not an official dr. After a couple of hours I finally was placed in a different room to see the dr and she didnt even bother to check the glasses or contact prescription that tye tech worked up. I am pretty sure I shouldn't feel drunk walking around in my glasses and as for my contacts I am sure I am not seeing as well as I am supposed to be considering they are written as medically necessary. The optical is a whole nother joke in itself. Ordering my glasses went just fine but the pick up I had been embarrassed by the manager. They called me and I was in the car on the road from my daughters appts with her cranial surgeons at PCH. I was told my order was ready. I asked if it was okay that I came now to pick them up and was told it wasnt a problem. I get there and get asked to take a seat. The gentleman cant seem to find my order so the manager comes out and askes if I had an appt for pick up. I said no I jist got the call and was told it was okay to come now to pick them up. She said well, we will take care of you this time but in the future you need to make an appt. EXCUSE ME??? I asked if it was okay on the phone and you guys said yes. Not my fault or problem so get over yourself. Never in my life had I been made to feel so small. As I stated earlier, I have been seeing this same office since I was 9 years old and am now 35, a grown woman with 2 kids and a husband. Dr. Tozer the 2nd fix your office please!

Dr Tozer was amazing. Brought my mother in for her first visit and he assessed she had extremely high pressure and got her in to an appropriate eye surgeon same day. He is very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable

Staff is not trained in insurance, just in booking appointments, burning and churning them. They told me that they accepted my insurance only to turn around and charge me for my appointment.
