I went to Little Caesars on my lunch from one of the jobs that I work at across the street was told it would be a five minute wait turned out to be a 15 minute wait and took a majority of my lunch I asked for a refund never got it I got my pizza and still had maybe 15 minutes left on my lunch to get back to work and try and get in a few bites. I usually love little Caesars as they’re quick and efficient. However this exact location was the exact opposite they were only two associates it seemed like working so whoever is management at this particular location definitely needs to get some thing figured out. As well I was waiting about five or so more people came in to order and we’re not helped while I was waiting for mine because of short staff I assume.

Dominic (the manager) is probably the most air headed guy I've ever spoken to. We ordered delivery, half our order didn't come. We called and had to explain the issue 4 times for them to understand we didn't want to place another order... turns out it was sitting there and they didn't give it to the driver yet tried to blame him and ultimately told us to come pick up the other half of our order in person. We said no, we ordered delivery... but they can't drive because they use doordash. Asked for a refund instead and was told we had to drive into the store to get cash refund despite paying with a card. They offered 0 apology, 0 solutions, 0 refunds, and 0 compensation for the awful experience. The above 0's add up to Dominic's IQ and customer service skills.

Animal House

Waited 20 minutes for my order and got a pizza that had clearly been sitting around for half the day and crazy bread that doesn't have any oil or seasoning on it... Just dry breadsticks. That's right, the employees here don't have the critical thinking skills to make bread. This location used to be well run, but around a year ago it went downhill fast. I guarantee there is a new manager or owner. The people here do not care. Don't waste your time.

Talking to people as I waited for my pizza which took 40 minutes, This place does not get things right and takes extra long time compared to other Little Caesars. I in formed the person of an allergy, And thankfully I looked at my order and it had what I told them I could not have due to an allergy. So I had to wait more time to Receive my cheese pizza, of what I had ordered. So please check your order before leaving the building. I did however here when you preorder order From the Vendor machine orders have been correct and Faster. This is stuff I discovered in the 40 to 45 minutes I was in there building, with masks.
