Hours say open til 11pm on Saturday. Went in at 10:20 and asked for 2 pizzas. They told me that they ran out of dough. Next day I went to pick us some ready to go pizzas. I asked what was ready to go and couldn't understand what he was saying...I asked him to repeat what was available and he got all huffy. If you can't deal with customers you probably shouldn't be taking orders....I turned around an walked out. 2x in a weekend...jeesh

Went in asking for an extra most best pepperoni, was asked to wait because there was none ready. Happily said that's fine. 2 other customs came in after asking for the same pizza and got it within seconds. 10 minutes later I had to ask the cook if my pizza was ready. He said said its been ready, and I still had to wait for the cashier( Jesus) to come back inside the store to get my food. Very poor quality customer service.

Okay I'm not exactly putting this on a personal level to this place it is against the whole company. Reason being there is no such thing as a 24-hour storage set up is very hard to come by and I got locked in the front doors between the elevator and the parking lot and they shut off access and could not access it from a satellite site so I had to leave my stuff in the lobby there or entrance to the storage lockers. Then come back in the morning so we could put the stuff in the locker she rented and I had to be there by 6:00 a.m. on Saturday I find it just pretty absurd if you're paying for a storage locker why you can't use it or get up into it at any time you want to you're paying for the space they should just say thank you they charge so much anyway
