I totally understand being busy, but then update your technology to provide a proper pick up time. I was told 6:28-633pm. Checked in at 6:33...i didnt get our food until 7:38. I called and they said they are really busy, which I get, not upset with the workers doing their best, but have the system reflect at least a somewhat accurate time. The kids grilled cheese, somehow in 90 minutes wasn't cooked or grilled (bread was completely white), margaritas tasted like sour water, kids fries were wet and soggy, skillet queso was cold. Ultimate smokehouse combo was incorrect, cheese fries were and kids cheeseburgers were cold. From my understanding everything else was ready at 7 (still 30 min late) and then sat waiting for the other 30 minutes. I couldn't speak to a manager because he/she was cooking, which really makes me feel bad for them, but nonetheless was a terrible all around experience. I am requesting a full refund and hopefully some additional explanation as we would hope the issues can be resolved and can eat here again.

Chili's is just a fun place to go. Food is good and atmosphere is great for talking. Recommend for a reasonable night out for two, especially their 2 For $25!

Fantastic server was very kind and helpful They are having technical difficulties in the kitchen and there was a delay in getting our order out but our server and the manager handled it incredibly professionally. The server easily deserves a raise/commendation. Even before the difficulties he was very kind and attentive all while working the bar Tuesday 4/26/22 @6:30pm Server name: Andy

Travis was our water. He was very nice, friendly and energetic. We had a large party and didn’t wait long. We had a great experience. All our food was very fresh and don’t take too long. The manager was also incredibly kind, he corrected any slight inconvenience we had. We will be back
