Waited over an hour for my husband to be seen by doctor. Appointment was at 3pm and didnt get taken back till 3:45 to then sit in the room until 4:15. This is unacceptable. If you are late, you have to reschedule your appointment, but it’s okay to make patients wait over an hour to be seen when they have an appointment? Husband says this is a normal occurance everytime he comes. Definitely think it’s a front office issue that needs to be rectified. It’s a shame because Doctor that he sees seems nice.

Staff here are the absolute worst. They have zero care for patients. They don’t ever return the call. They don’t care what kind of situation the patient is in and zero flexibility to work with patient. Id say this is the worst experience out of any medical facilities I’ve been to. However, Dr. Notaro is awesome. He’s the only reason I would want to come back.
