Pizza was over a half hour late, I was picking it up. I had to ask for my pizza despite the fact they knew I was there already and waiting for it. Staff was a mix of busy, unorganized/untrained/in the back yelling at other employees that pizza was sticking to the racks. Repeatedly. Loud enough the other guests waiting to place orders or pickup (nobody was up front) were all looking around at each other pretty shocked. My pizza was supposed to be extra cheese and wasn't even the regular amount of cheese EDIT***** AS you can see they responded below, pretending to have an interest in fixing this problem, zero response was given, its just a ploy to make it seem like they care about their customers.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. We had ordered delivery, and when we were waiting we got a text from door dash, saying that our order had been picked up even tho we ordered through pizza huts website so we thought that was super strange. Literally 5 min go by, check text messages and there’s a text from a random number, not even identifying themselves as door dash saying “no one is home” no calls no nothing. The text was only sent 2 minute before and then when we tried to get ahold of them they repeatedly ignored our calls. So naturally we start trying to get ahold of Pizza Hut, we were on hold for over 25 min. I decided I would just drive there to get this all resolved, I walk in, wait at the front desk for 10 min, many employees look at me but no one cares to help me. Finally someone says hi, and I tell them the situation, no apologies, interrupting me multiple times, says he would have it remade and that it would only be 7 min. I have been waiting for over 30 min.. don’t waste your time here

I love that I can order carryout online. It was hot and delicious. Tried the mini Cinnabons. Pretty good.

There's so much that I can say about how disappointed I am with this location, but as the saying goes, "a picture is worth a thousand words." I have NEVER ordered pizza that wasn't good the day after being ordered. It's unfortunate that I basically wasted half of my money, but Kimberly (the alleged manager) was of no help or understanding when bringing it to her attention. Then again, I went in knowing the possibility of that because that's how low budget this location is. I will NEVER order from here again and will discourage anyone who asks from wasting their money and time here as well. Lastly, I've learned when you can't get answers from the bottom, go to the top, thus a formal complain has been filed. They're lucky no one got food poisoning!

I always do curbside pickup, and as I wait I see that many people go in and grab it with a mask on. The dining area is closed.
