They are getting money hungry and don’t have the staff to keep up. I’ve been coming here for years and would get 2 check ups every year which is what my insurance allows. Since COVID, they have continued to take new customers, not increase their staff, and now people can only been seen once every 8-9 months. Rather than take new clients, take care of your old clients and add new ones as people leave. Customer service just isn’t the same there as it used to be.

As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Patel and his staff enough. From check in to check out, the experience was a pleasure. They were thorough, gentle, and made me aware of everything they were doing before they did it. Dr. Patel even went out of his way to help me choose an affordable bite guard. Would absolutely recommend!!
