Who says going to the dentist can't be great? The team at Cross Keys Family Dental is always professional, friendly and accommodating. I worked across the highway when I started using them. Now that I am retired I drive seventy miles each way to get there. My wife thinks I am crazy for driving so far when there are plenty of dentists nearby. I think I would be crazy to go elsewhere. Keep doing the great job you do. See you for my next appointment.

The dental work is fine, but I drive 45 minutes to get there, but then waited 50 minutes to be seen, it kills an afternoon. Every 3rd visit, this happens.

My daughter had to have her tooth extracted today! Dr. Lopez was great! Extremely patient and kind with her! He definitely shows that he cares for his patients! If you are looking for a great dentist, he’s it!

The front staff and dental hygienist’s are very nice and good. However every time I come myself or with my kid’s, we wait HOURS for the dentist. Average time spent at dentist for a routine cleaning is 3-4 hours! That’s absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and disrespectful of the dentist who overbooks- his time is no more valuable then mine. This has happened for the last 6 visits and I am going elsewhere now due to this unreasonable wait time. Last time my child never saw the dentist after her cleaning as we had a 1:30pm appointment and at 4:00pm we were told there would be another 45 minute wait. We left because we had tickets to something at 5pm. And the wait time is not due to emergencies. Staff will say this is the norm. A greedy dentist who wants to bill for patients who he doesn’t even see!
