Ordered a sandwich and sat waiting for it for 20minutes as the crew was standing around talking and laughing with each other. I watched one guy make my sandwich and stop every 30seconds to talk to his coworkers. This jimmy John's is not so freaky fast. Mind you I was the only customer in at this time. Save time and drive a little further to the next Jimmy John's.

They’ve always gotten my order right, the employees make the ordering experience pleasant, and they’re pretty quick. Parking lot is a nightmare though

After many order screw ups and horrible customer relations we won't be returning. 2 times are we made an order online or through the Jimmy John's app they didn't have a driver and then didn't refund. Another time ordered and they closed early. When they do get all the way to delivery, items are forgotten or smell like cigarette smoke (manager quote "We don't get breaks, and that's the only time we can smoke.") Today we ordered a wrap on special, they ran out of chicken and refused to just swap out with another meat. If you don't have items, take them off your menu. Everyone else does. Thank goodness we have have Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mike's in the area now.

Usually it is good, this visit it took two times to get my husbands sandwich correct and two times to get mine correct, and with mine they forgot the meat, so it wasn't just a little error, very frustrating, they weren't busy in the front of the store, just busy being preoccupied with one another and their devices. This is my go to vs subway, but this was my last visit, it has been recently going downhill in quality and service.
