As healthcare professional myself, their lack of educating their patients, blaming COVID for their lack patient care and proper billing procedures is horrible. If your coming here before signing anything ask how much, is there lab fees, makes sure you get a detailed account of what you consented to. Check your insurance EOBS and wait you might get a separate bill from a lab. Makes sure if you decline a test.. don’t sign anything… This feels like a retail medical facility. Beware 😢

Wish I could put zero stars. My fiancé went for a drug test and the person helping him kept saying we need a barcode . He was told to give them a phone number they need to call. Said no we need a bar code. Then they call the number like they were suppose to imagine that it worked! Had a terrible experience last year when my doctor or pa was talking really loud about my Covid results and I could hear them talking about me while I was sitting in the room for 25 minutes. Go some where else.

Would give negative stars if possible. Dishonest, disreputable facility. Bait-and-switch tactics. Told we could get a test done. Went and paid, went back in a couple days to get the results... Told that manager Joy said the forms we had could not be signed. Took almost $300 from us but fought about signing forms. Stay far far away from these crooks. Side note, the doctor and nurses we dealt with were fine. It is the crooks running the facility that you should avoid at all costs.

My visit was very successful and I am grateful to all the group, starting with the ladies in front of desk and the doctor's assistant I waited in the hall only a few minutes, the examination was very fast, the x-rays, and everything was professional. Thanks a lot guys
