Would put ZERO star if that was a option!! Vehicles are trash.. All have 195,000 miles plus on their vehicles.. Tell u they all run great and then the vehicle gives u problems.. not even 1 month of having it.Traction and engine light turned on too . They are nice to reel you in to buying the vehicle and once you sign them papers , game over. Truck was sitting for over a month not running ..they said they would work with me . they didn't want the truck back.. Well guess what ..as soon as I paid over $700 in new parts and labor they come and repo the truck!! Leaving me stuck with my 2 year old daughter in the heat at the store!! With all my kids school supplies& other house hold items I just purchased in the truck since my kids started school Monday. Which I doubt will be in the vehicle when I go to pick up my belongings from the storage lot!! Smh All they care about is ur $$$ .. Don't do business with these people!! Not professional at all!!! And rude especially LIZ!

I was in the market for a work truck and after searching for trucks around most South Houston area carlots all i would stumble upon were high mileage vehicles in bad conditions and high down payments.My last stop shouldve been my first stop came over to Carnes motor company and was greeted by Gus their salesman who helped me search for the truck i was looking for at a great downpayment price.Being that it was a Saturday and they close at 6pm.Gus stayed an hour later to make sure the sale was finalized and got me on the road and even gave me a chance to bring it the following week for an oil change and carwash.Overall Great staff and great car shopping experience definitely recommend.

Ok well I wasn't gonna do this but here we go I've bought 2 vehicles from here 1st time around was great paid it off early. Now the second one is a piece of junk they made it run good till we had it for a few weeks tyranny shutters ac stopped working because they used sylacone to seal an ac leak and no we are being HARRASED every other week about payments when we bought the we said we would be sending payments by mail as it is a 30 minute drive to the dealer and they were ok with this now they are threatening us with late fees etc never missed a payment never been late so ya I would stay clear of this dealer
