In the over 13 years of doing business with Cal Williams Motor Company it has never once occurred to me why any individual would consider leaving a negative review of this establishment. Or anybody that works there! I have purchased 5 vehicles from there and am considering my 6th very soon! Let me tell yall the people employed there have never been anything less then phenomenal to me or anybody I personally know that has done business with them. They have excellent quality vehicles at fair market value pricing. They have in house financing plans to fit ALMOST any budget and they have decent warranties on each vehicle sold. You have to remember they are NOT a new car dealership, they are a USED car dealership with good quality late model inventory. They do not acquire, sell or put out onto their lot anything unsafe unreliable or just junk of any kind WHATSOEVER. The office folks are PHENOMENAL. they are friendly, welcoming, honest, fair and absolutely care about their past present and future customers! And it's pretty cool that they offer texting communication as well as phone calls to contact their customers of anything that needs attention as they know were all busy with work and other things and wont always have time to take a phone call, thats very useful! And it's pretty considerate of people's time as well. I love these guys myself, they work extremely hard to take care of their people and are the best at what they do. The office manager and the ladies that collect payments are the sweetest most outgoing and caring ladies, they are the backbone of that establishment and are such a valuable asset to the company. They are more then deserving of courtesy and respect as their jobs are so stressful to say the least, they will bend over backwards to help you out of a bind if you show yourself dependable and do what you say your going to do. They are absolutely worthy of courtesy and respect! The general manager is an awesome guy, and will do whatever he can to get you the deal you want at a payment that won't break the bank (and he's a pretty great to shoot the breeze with as well) The sales guys are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and they care! They will not put you into anything you cannot afford or that you do not want. And they certainly aren't in it "just for the sales commission" they are good folks! The most important bit of info I can give to anybody considering doing business here is know that these folks have been in the business for over 3 decades. They know what they're doing and they want to give you the best service imaginable. They love their customers and love the community. They are good friends to have and I cannot and will NEVER say a bad thing about them. So if you want a nice ride from some awesome folks with excellent service after the sale? If you want care and compassion? If you want trust honesty and respect? Trust me when I say that You can count on Cal!!

Horrible customer service rep. Condescending and rude. They give less than 12 hours notice of change in account status and it comes in text form, not even a phone call. Then when you do call the office manager is absolutely nasty to you. How do you expect customers to fix any issues in an 8 hour time window?
