Staff cares more about hanging out than taking orders. Of the seven people working when I went in none were taking orders. Three stood over a printer trying to figure out how to change receipt paper. One looked at us and saw the line and made a B line for the back to avoid having to take orders. Others were doing their jobs while chit chatting. No problem with having a good day but it looks really bad when three of you are solving a one person problem and one is actively trying to avoid taking orders. I have never seen a place so unconcerned with their line or lunch rush.
