The staff was super helpful and accommodating during our stay. The room was clean, and the shower was hot. The man who worked the breakfast room was very attentive to making sure everything was stocked all the way up until 9 am sharp every day! Special shout-out to that guy (I didn't catch his name).

Possibly one of my favorite Best Western Hotels. Breakfast is great. The staff is amazing and the pool is 24 hours. It is right off the highway making it is to access when traveling. It is always clean and they have a place to clean your dirty boots if they get gross.

I am a nurse-midwife and I catch babies in Kemmerer. I occasionally stay the night and this Best Western is my go to! The front desk is always kind and inviting, the breakfast staff is so so helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean and comfortable!! I definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling through.
