I interviewed several quality daycares before choosing FKO. I had a walk through with my husband and immediately knew this would be a wonderful place for our son. I’m so glad that we chose FKO what a wonderful! Wonderful! Place I would highly recommend. The staff are just Amazing and he just loves it! I was really in disbelief to see even one negative review about FKO. So for anyone reading them disregard you will not be disappointed in the care your children receive at FKO they are absolutely wonderfully Amazing!

Thank you FKO! As a single parent looking for a quality programming was hard. This program has met all my requirements as parent 1) quality programming 2)staff to child ratio 3) catering environment for education, growth, curiosity and most importantly open communications! Everyone will have their opinion about a program but it ultimately comes down to what does a kid need to thrive and not every program will be it, and I'm so glad it took me many tries to figure out that FKO was the place my kid needed to grow as beautiful, independent, loving, caring , curious kiddo!

Teachers are great. Let me preface this review with that. However, the director is quite the opposite. Our son and daughter were kicked out after we complained one too many times. The last straw was for complaining that FKO was charging parents tuition for keeping their kids at home during the Governor’s Stay at Home Order (COVID). The other issues we had were to take the pasta bin out of the room in which our son was in due to the fact that he has Celiac Disease. She responded with, “No, that’s not fair to the other kids” and refused to take the pasta bin out of his room. We also asked that our son be allowed to use his talk tablet (he cannot speak) and they didn’t want to use it with him. Our son exhibits behavioral issues when coming in contact with gluten due to his Celiac, and combined with not being allowed use of his communication device, caused him to act out occasionally with biting/kicking/spitting, which we worked to resolve at home and we had not received a complaint from FKO in the last three months he was there. I would also, and I can’t stress this enough, recommend that you email them if you want anything in writing, as the director will lie about anything if it benefits her. She will say that she doesn’t respond to email, but then I would say to remove the email from the Contact Us page on their website and other company materials. I had been warned of the director’s untrustworthiness from other parents, but chalked it up to overreactions—I was wrong. UPDATE AFTER OWNER RESPONSE - No, FKO did not make extra accommodations for our children. We never asked FKO to do anything outside the licensing guidelines (remove the pasta bin, allow the use of his talk tablet). The licensing guidelines are in place as minimum standards, and FKO director is only interested in doing the minimum standard care. In regards to the pasta bin, I called DHS and they stated that FKO was within the licensing guidelines to keep the pasta bin in the room with a child who has celiac disease, but it was obviously not recommended. In regards to not allowing my disabled son to use his talk tablet, that was a no-no, but I’m not interested in making a filing with DHS. On top of all of this, at this point it is clear that FKO is refusing to return the tuition that we prepaid for our children, even though FKO terminated our agreement. I have consulted legal counsel, and they have stated that I have enough evidence to take them to court, but we have decided that it is not worth the few hundred dollars to do so. Keep this in mind if you choose FKO to care for your children. Do not prepay tuition.

Our kids have been there for 5 years and we love it. The staff is friendly and our kids smile every time we show up.

They are required to use gloves every diaper change. They change the clothes if they are soiled.
