i called to find out the day a ticket was issued. the person who answered refused to introduce them selves and were VERY rude. he did provide the information i had asked for but not without completely souring my mood. i was in good spirits and very polite and whoever received my call clearly didnt care. a little more professionalism is expected from a Government office than what was delivered.

The courts are supposed to be looking out for safety of individual rights as well as the public... I just have not seen this representation from this Court in the last few years... It is very heart breaking to see such corrupt behavior... May the universe save some of your very lost souls... God speed...

No
Just call the courthouse and they will direct you on how to do that.
Yes small claims can be filed here after security check straight ahead up some stairs and all the way to the counter
You have to bring the death certificate to court house and apply for new title.
Go to courthouse go through security checkpoint and look on monitors for your name then go to the courtroom. Be on time judges hate waiting.
Go to court admin and request the form they can file it for you
You need to call the police and make a report if the dog has bitten that much by law it either needs to be re moved from public contact or it needs to be put down.
Go to www.mncourts.gov and look the person up. You can see court activity.
No, it's open.
Get one at court records. They will charge a small fee for copies.
They are available online. Search for MN dissolution of marriage forms http://www.mncourts.gov/GetForms.aspx?c=15
That's not possible a minor or anyone has to have a sworn officer serve those
You can also call the jail and have them look up the name of that person is or was in custody they can give you the results of their court hearings
If you have a lawyer or public defender tell them and they can ask for a continuance. If not call court admin and ask how to get a continuance to another date. Generally it's just making sure all parties are agreeable to the change in date so that could be the prosecutor and probation/cps/ other party depending on the case.
He would have to be 18.
Pending 5th degree charge
Contact Court Administration using in the area, civil, criminal, probate, family and ask. It is best to first contact the other attorney against you and ask for a continuous. If it's starting a new job, or caring for ill family, or court in another county, they will usually change it for you. Or if you are trying to find an attorney.
