So I had a highly technical question regarding how tanks and pumps in a gas station are assessed - as personal property or real estate. the state law and courts have said the final call is ultimately up to the county officials where the property is located...I called Will County. I was never able to talk to anyone beyond the person answering the phone...not to anyone...I couldn't get past the first person.....I've only had that kind of problem in one other area (Cook County).....I guess that Will County wants to emulate them.

The address change form is available and can be submitted online via the Will County Treasurer's website at willcountytreasurer.com Click on the menu icon (top right), select FORMS and then the first form is the address change form.
