Never enrolled so can't comment on the actual care, but reviewing as a prospective parent who went through the tour and application. Pros: really nice facility, we were impressed with everything we saw and liked their focus on healthy eating. We liked it so much it became a top option for us and we went forward with submitting an application. This is where the cons take over. Cons: comparable to other centers nearby the costs are definetly on the higher side... Something we were willing to compromise on given the facility was so nice. However, after applying we were told we'd hear back in a couple days to confirm start dates and.. That never happened. That was back on August 25th so it's been over a month and we've heard nothing. This place doesn't seem very organized and responsive which is unfortunate. Luckily we found a center that worked better for us (while we were waiting for them to respond) in terms of location and price, but had we not this would have been extremely frustrating. FYI, there is very little flexibility if you need to take summer off (aka if you are a teacher). Didn't factor this into the review score as I understand it's hard to financially accommodate, but other centers do have a policy for teachers so wanted to note that.

We absolutely love Primrose. The staff and teachers are outstanding. The leadership communicates very well with us especially during the turmoil of the past year.

Primrose Maple Grove is the best daycare! We are in our final weeks there because my son will be going to elementary school in the fall and we are all so sad to leave. The team at Primrose is amazing — the kids learn so much and have fun while doing it (my son even asked to go to school over the weekend recently!). Furthermore, the leadership team was amazing during the unprecedented year we recently had. There was great communication around protocols, approach and how decisions were being made. It was very reassuring! I am so grateful for finding Primrose for both my kids and I would recommend them to anyone!
