Just wanted some help tracking down my marriage license. Gal answering the phone today was NOT helpful. The "portal" used by the county is horrible and very confusing. I wasted half an hour online looking, and was hoping someone who knows the system well could just look it up, but she was more interested in wasting my time trying to walk me through half a dozen different options.

I did ours on line, both of us went in signed, showed ID, got the package and walked out with in 20 min. Super simple, they are very helpful

I did everything on person. There's a phone number to call and the staff is extremely helpful and kind.
You need to apply for a marriage license just need your ids
You can either go onto the website for Pierce County Marriage License or go in person. $3 for each copy
