The meat here is absolutely fantastic!! We’ve had the baby back ribs and brisket and it is the stuff of dreams. Always so tender and juicy. 4 stars because the sides are super disappointing - fried stuff usually isn’t crispy and most of the sides are pretty bland. If they had an entree option without sides I’d come back here every weekend. If they stepped up their sides game, it’d be one of the best BBQ places in CO! My suggestions are: make sure fries are crispy and made to order, completely redo Mac and cheese recipe using a bechamel sauce, be careful not to overcook the corn on the cob, and use fresh green beans instead of canned. Absolutely love this place and the ambiance, so I’d love to see it optimize all components.

Very pleasant place. The good was exquisite and the wait time wasn't long at all. The service was very quick and courteous. Try the Ribeye Steak. It's great.

The rack of pork ribs are delicious. The side dishes are tasty. One of our favorite restaurants in Fruita. Friendly staff. The meat is perfectly smoked, moist and tender. Nice selection of BBQ sauces. The restaurant is very clean and fresh. Leave room for dessert. They are all very tasty!

Stopped on my way through town. Had the baby back ribs and bbq chicken combo. Food was tasty. However, I didn’t know they raised pygmy pigs in Colorado. It was the smallest 1/2 rack I have ever had. Only other disappointment, no salt and pepper for my takeout order. If not for these two missteps, I would have rated my experience a five.
